- JJJanisha JacobsApr 15, 20261.0I took my dog here for testing for a very serious illness. The testing was over $300 for them to send to a lab, which I understood. I asked when I picked her up how long the results would take, someone told me 1 day. I called back after 1 day and they said it would take 1-3 days. I called back after about 4 days then they said the doctor had them in her email and would call me back the following business day. I finally got results today, 2 weeks after the test date. I only got them because I called Banfield again. My dog was still positive and I didn’t know until 2 weeks later. My family and I feel very discarded in this matter and my baby girl could have life altering side effects from this illness. Taking 2 weeks to get results is not good practice nor is it good for any pet’s health. Don’t recommend.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
