- EEEricaSep 3, 20245.0From the vet tech that signed us in to the vet and vet tech in the van everything was seamless and the customer service was awesome. The tech that signed us in took her time to explain the shots that were required for our 9 week old Shorkie and we ended up getting the 16 week package for him. I didn’t feel like I was getting less service or care than if I would go to an actual vets office. I’ve been using the Vetco for over 10 years and have only had one bad experience and that was the vets attitude. I’ll take those odds 😀. I have had a morkie, 3 German shepherds, and the shorkie get all their shots from Vetco and they’ve had no reactions and none of the diseases/viruses that the vaccinations prevent.
