She arrived at 2:30pm, dropped the dog off and was told it would be 90 minutes. So she ran a couple of errands and then waited until 4pm. At 4pm she was told our dog hadn't even started being groomed yet as they had other dogs to get to. We understand schedules can get delayed and backed up, but to have my wife wait around for 90 minutes only to tell her that our dog hadn't even started the grooming process is HORRIBLE customer service and a complete disrespect for her time. Be honest from the start and say how backed up you are, or better yet, call ahead of time and ask if we can reschedule for later or another day. This was our first and last visit to this store.
