  I have been calling for days & no one ever picks up I am trying to get the name of the medicine my dog was taking & even left a voicemail still nothing its embarrassing.

  Had A 11AM Appointment No One Came To See Me I Had To Ask Whats Going On. I Had Been There Since 10:50AM. “Sam” The Front Desk Clerk Was Extremely Rude And Kept Looking Me Up And Down When I Addressed My Concerns. NO ONE CAME TO SEE ME TILL 11:30. RIDICULOUS. IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! UPDATE - HALEY WAS AMAZING AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WAS TRULY A SWEETHEART AND PUT ME AT EASE : )

  The absolute worst “veterinary clinic” I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff were so extremely unprofessional it’s actually ridiculous. If you love your pet DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE! Go literally ANYWHERE else. You’d just be wasting your time and money and you’d have to end up going to an actual clinic anyways. I drove 2 hours and had to take leave (mind you I’m in the military…that is time I could’ve been spending with my family that I can’t get back now) just to have them tell me they canceled my cat’s spay appointment 20 minutes after I got there and was sitting in the waiting room. No text, no call, nothing. My cat was obviously starving and thirsty because they told me no food or water after 10 PM AND I still had a 2 hour drive ahead of me. They had the AUDACITY to tell me there was nothing they could do for me. Absolutely seething. Oh and if you move and had already bought the complete spay package for your cat, they don’t honor it and make you pay MORE MONEY just to get the spay by itself. Like why have packages if you’re not going to honor it across all of your stores? Like you need more money? Like your staff actually knows how to be competent veterinarians anyways? Actual poachers.

  Had a great experience with our visit for my dogs annual visit. They went out of their way to make my nervous dog feel safe! She even took treats from the staff, which she never does. Thank you so much!

  Our visit to Vetco was great. Our small fur baby, Benji needed a annual check up. From signing in with the receptionist, to the clientical assistant, to Dr.Wyatt. Dr.Wyatt is very personable, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We appreciate his service. We will definitely come back to this location when needed..
