- BCBeloved CCDec 18, 20251.0This place is extremely unprofessional. I brought my puppy in for his first visit for shots and; afterwards he stop eating his feeds. When I called to speak to the veterinarian. The front desk worker was trying to give medical advice as if she was the dr. She tried to pass blame onto me for my puppy loss of appetite. She insisted that the staff was with patients and; no one could take the call. This isn’t a place I would recommend to anyone.
- TLTamani LynDec 16, 20253.0Dr. Gordon was amazing for both of my fur babies. As for the front desk staff, I’m not sure if the young man was having a bad day or not but he was super unwelcoming. I think his name was Sam, not sure. I said things like “thank you”, “have a nice day” etc, and he would not respond. Very odd but again he could’ve just not been having the best day. Other than that, great place to bring your pets.
- EEEDec 3, 20252.0I know this place is for "teaching" but they do a crap job. As someone who used to work for the company and learned everything on the van/rig..i think that might be the better way. I was clear about what I wanted, they gave me rabies when it wasn't asked/included for the package(my dog got rabies 2 months prior). They gave me a fecal test when not asked and I cant say if they gave my dog the included dewormer or not either. I got a blood test with them and they didnt put the prescription i asked for on it, so now im playing phone tag with them 🥴. And this is the 1st year of life for my dog, but theyre saying 1 of their shots is good for 3 yrs vs one? When did that become a thing?. I personally will be keeping it to the MOBILE clinic ,atleast I can see whats going on vs playing a guessing game and having my dog be given or not given things that wasn't part of the original game plan. Yes I gave consent, but they did things that we did NOT talk about and they did NOT give us things we DID talk about. They didnt even want to give me an "after visit summary" I had to ask for it! 🤦♀️🤦♀️
