    So far every experience has been great! We just got a puppy and Jenn has been a fabulous help with information and informed us of the programs that Petco offers. She is always SO friendly and today finally got to meet our sweet girl and of course she greeted her with such love and kindness! We had an appt with the Vet Center , I met Sam for the first time but spoke with him a few times prior on the phone. He has always been welcoming and friendly. He was very kind when arrived and made checking out smooth as well as scheduling our next appt! Dr. Brown was the SWEETEST, she is very intelligent and full of information that most vets just see what you’re here for and try to get you out the door . She helped with a suture that didn’t fully heal from our girl being spayed and it has went down completely. Our girl also had a grooming appt with Lilly and she was super sweet and gentle with our girl. She didn’t force her to do things out of her comfort zone and also didn’t charge us on everything because she wasn’t able to do certain things. We already booked our next appts for both the vet and groomer . I recommend checking them out and signing up for the program they offer it comes with great benefits! Also forgot to mention the first vet visit is free!!

    This is for the service with grooming, the staff are wonderful. I have my shepherd mix taken there regularly. On average for a full service with an upgrade for wash, cut, teeth, nails and more is completed within 1.5hrs. It's easy to go get my nails done or run and errand or two and get him picked up. The app makes it efficient to schedule, they communicate reminders for the appointment and then you get a text and call when completed. I have accidentally shown up on in correct days and they twice made it work for me since being a regular. It's hard to find loyalty and understanding in today's word. They are truly a great group that care for the animals they take care of.

    I input a prescription FOOD repeat order at the Severna Park MD store in October 2025. I presented a paper prescription to the only store in the area that handles this type transaction and apparently they input an incorrect veterinary clinic. When they contacted the wrong vet and was told we were not a client, instead of reaching out to me they simply canceled my pets order. When I started inquiring about the repeat prescription food, I was told they had no record of such an order. Instead of the store performing the research to correct their error, that task was assigned to me. Fortunately I was finally assisted by Lee in customer service and she helped me get the order re-input, fingers crossed. The initial customer service was extremely poor and instead of this being accomplished with 1 call, she pushed me off to the next person without ensuring my issue was resolved. Poor service and once Im done with this prescription, I will take my business elsewhere.
