  Banfield has taken such good care of my Teddy Bear. They took us on as new patients and got him seen same day when Teddy was dealing with an illness and have continued to work with him to get to the bottom of what he’s going through. The wellness plans are well worth it as well and have saved us a lot through all of these challenges. Dr. Reed is great and pug friendly 😊 the front office staff and vet techs have all been amazing with Teddy, me, and my anxiety about his health!

  My husband and I like how Banfield tries to respond to any request or questions we may have. But, more importantly, Lucy and Zeus like everyone at the Salisbury location. It is such a relief not to have to drag them to their appointments. Keep up the good work!

  Great staff and vet team! They always help answer questions and call back if I have to leave a message. They always follow up after my dog's appointment to see how he is making out or if I have any questions. Highly recommend banfield of salisbury!

  The front desk team DeDee, the tech Kaitlyn and all of the doctors are just awesome. They all welcome my Tucker as if he was there’s. And for that I appreciate all they do for my boy and myself.

  This place should be ashamed of how they handle their clients, especially in such sensitive situations. My parents had an appointment to euthanize our 17-year-old cat, who had been declining rapidly. This was already an incredibly difficult and emotional decision for our family. They canceled the appointment without any notice—no phone call, no message, nothing. The only reason we found out was because my mom called to ask what to expect and what she needed to bring. That’s when she was told they were closed due to “unforeseen circumstances.” To make matters worse, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and offered no guidance or support on what we could do next. There was zero compassion shown during a moment when we truly needed it. This is also not the first time they’ve canceled an appointment without notice, which makes this even more unacceptable. In times of grief, you expect at the very least basic communication and some level of empathy. I would absolutely NOT recommend this Banfield.
