- JWJane WuDec 25, 20251.0I used to use Vetco services, but will probably never again. The vets have always been great at the mobile clinic but last time was terrible. 0/5 stars if I could. He was extremely unprofessional. Did not lay a finger on my dog or even make eye contact but somehow completed a “physical exam” based on his documentation. The vet tech handed pretty much everything while he sat on his chair, uninterested.
- EEEffieSep 24, 20252.0Overall a good experience. It was my first time. I received a text telling me to respond “3” when I got there, so I did just that. (There was no other indication in the text I received that i needed to also check in inside the store) There was no signs or anything explaining I needed to check in elsewhere. THEY NEED TO PUT SINAGE THAT DIRECTS YOU TO CHECK IN WHEN YOU ARRIVE, and where to check in. I waited 30 mins past my appointment time, (assuming they were running behind) until I asked the vet what was going on. She informed me that I needed to check in inside as well. I got inside and they told me because I missed my appointment (I was here and checked in via text) I had to wait until everyone that checked in before then went) All I ask is to make it clear that you need to check in inside. The actual appointment with my dog was quick, succinct, and easy. Without the issue of checking in, it would be a 5 star experience
- BFBarbara FSep 20, 20252.0Do not come here for pet vaccines. It's a van in a busy, dangerous parking lot. There are no signs or anything to let you know where to go. You eventually find out that the check in is next to the lizards and bathrooms, and it is crowded, and no one can get to lizard stuff or the restrooms. Then you wait in the parking lot sucking van fumes while it takes over 45 minutes to get shots. I can't stress enough how dangerous the parking lot is, there is no waiting are (waiting on the curb with dog pee and cigarette butts), people jump the queue, and your day is wasted.
