Our pup can be reactive under stress and velvet always knows to care for her and get our Mavi’s nails and paws in great shape! She is patient and gentle and Mavi always leaves happy! Olivia gave our Pua gentle care and a great look, and with consideration of efficiency of service time,, given Pua's age, too. Pua is now ready for the holiday (we added on the holiday package) and she looks and smells great - a natural plant-based holly smell. We'll return.
