I had taken my dog to another groomer before, and they didn’t do a great job—they just cut all her hair, and she looked quite unflattering. I could tell she was upset because she was miserable all day. But at Petco, she looked much happier, and they did an excellent job. She now looks clean, beautiful, and her coat is well-maintained.

I ordered a bag of cat food online, went to the store a little early to see if I could pick up my order, instead of checking the system the employee assisting said it takes 20 mins to appear in the system and handed me off to another employee and walked away. The employee helping me found my order however, said the order was canceled because the item was out of stock...since I was at the store I went to check, because when I placed the order the food was available. So this means the employee who is supposed to fulfill the order was lazy and didn't want to do their job, they looked once and most likely in 1 place, didn't see it and canceled the order. I wasn't able to reorder it because online it was out of stock...instead of a work around, they just told me to call customer service. I don't recommend anyone going to this petco, no one can help.
