FRAUD ALERT. If you see it say anywhere, that the first visit is free…… it is a Lie. The first visit is how they sign you up for a $900+ plan, $170-200 on the spot with reoccurring payments you “can’t cancel” without being charged “for the services used”. But $500 is charged up in things you never asked for in the very first “free” visit. Nice people, but not so great/honest marketing or business practices. Update 4 weeks later: I reached out via email, as requested here. The response was: so sorry, call the store. I spoke with Banfield billing as well as the store manger. And she very rudely informed me, for the first time, when their vet insisted I select a “plan” to lower the up front cost of my 6lb dog’s necessary vaccines………apparently my agreement to a plan meant they would also add a bunch of unnecessary things to the bill too. This experience has been absolutely awful, the ultimate bait and switch. Now my dog still has vaccines he needs weeks later, that I have to pay for out of pocket somewhere else because even for all I’ve already paid those still aren’t covered AND I still have to pay this wicked corporate company an additional $300 just to cancel the plan. (If I don’t, the total would be nearly $1000 over the next year). And despite making it clear that they charged me for things I did not ask for, they refuse to alter the $500 charged up in one visit. Zero customer service, just, pushing me to keep the plan. To be clear, the care my dog actually needed could have been just $150-200 at a local vaccine clinic. Not $500+. Christmas, while healing from major surgery, might be light for my family this year thanks to this FRAUDULENT company! I am sharing so hopefully others can learn about their unacceptable practices, before it’s too late.

I asked for a simple cert of rabies but they never sent the document. Called 3 times and was ignored. In the past few years, the wellness plan includes a membership fee without informing me. The tech always push for extra services and extra medication. A few times, I left with a 300 - 400.00 bill. There was another time, I requested an appt for my dog's comprehesive exam and Daniel answered the phone said its not required. Since I paid of the plan, I scheduled the exam on their website. Def will not be renewing my wellness plan and opt for other options.

I just started visiting Banfield for my now ESA fur baby, and love the affordable services. I'm greeted with smiles and my fur baby isn't afraid each time we have an appointment. The staff along with Dr. Pollard are friendly and show compassion and love to my senior fur baby. They also answer any questions and concerns on the health of my small companion support doggy.

I took one of our cats here and Dr. Pollard and Hannah were amazing. They took great care of our cat and were obviously very competent, knowledgeable, and professional. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly as well. We will be back!

My dog has a broken leg and Banfield has been changing his bandage weekly. Each time it costs around $350. The problem is the bandage is often applied too loosely and comes off within hours. When I raised the concern, they did not accept responsibility for the improper bandage work and instead charged me another $350 for a repeat bandage change and anesthesia. This has been extremely frustrating and expensive, and I feel the quality of care has not matched the cost.
