The team provided clear post-visit instructions and shared the heart worm test results right away, which I really appreciated. My fur baby was a bit anxious when we arrived but left calm and comfortable, which says a lot about the care they provide. The cashiers were also friendly and helpful during checkout, making sure I understood the rewards program to help save on future visits. While the cost could be a bit more reasonable, it’s still more affordable than many other vets in the area. Overall, I’m satisfied and would definitely return.

The client then went to vetco in person and had the records forwarded to me. The agent would not give her member number or last name.
