- JWJennifer WhitmanApr 8, 20261.0Our dog’s appt was at 10:45am. When we dropped off we said we needed to pick up no later than 3pm due to another appointment. They told us he was up next yet but later learned they didn’t start on him for several hours and he wasn’t done until 4pm. In addition they charged us for long hair but he doesn’t have long hair, an additional fee to trim the hair on his chest/belly, additional fee to trim nails and then a $6 fee for “supplies”. He is a miniature schnauzer and it cost $100. Absolutely overpriced and they took over 5 hours to do a quick trim. Will not be back.

- RSRandi SnyderFeb 18, 20265.0My 3 year old black pug looked and smelled wonderful. His coat is shiny and velvety soft. They clipped his nails and cleaned his ears which they said were very dirty, my bad ☹️ We’re going to come back every 6 weeks. Everyone there is very nice.
