  The shopping experience I had was fine; found what I wanted & checked out quickly. However prior to coming to the store I received email from Petco about saving 10 or 15% depending on how much was spent. I tried to place an order online with the promo code given & got a message saying the promo was invalid. I tried it several times, spending a lot of time online with the same message coming up each time. We've had this happen before with a Petco email & it's very annoying & it seems to just be a way to get people to go on the website. As a result I will not shop there unless I really need something fast, which was the case the other day.

  AJ was our support person when my daughter and I went shopping for a fish and WOW this woman needs a pay raise. I went assuming I could buy a beta fish in a plant but ended up leaving with a $140 bill (but happy about it) 5.5 gallon tank, extensive knowledge on Beta fish and their needs and one happy mermaid male for my girl. We’ve been learning and taking care of our new Cosmos ever since and super grateful for AJ. thank you!

  Your store needs to get more Grain Free food for cats and treats as well pretty and large collars for bigger cats with rhinestones!

  Heard one of the groomers screaming at one of the dogs they were grooming at the literal top of their lungs. Horrible customer service and would never take one of my pets there hearing how they treat the animals.

  The female cashier who was working today is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I came in to make a fish purchase with my 2 young children. We picked out which fish we wanted and the girl who got them from the ranks for us was so kind, though it did take an inappropriate amount of time to finish. After probably 30ish minutes or so we finally had our fish and headed to the register. Apparently the SKU written for multiple fish had been written incorrectly so the cashier ended up having to go track down the right SKUs which took an additional 10+ minutes all while my 7 month old is screaming. When the cashier finally returned I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and the other cashier, a female, rudely inserted herself telling the other cashier she’d take over the transaction. At that point I was fed up with BOTH their attitudes and unprofessional responses to the situation so I left their fish in the bags and my cart at the register. They’ve inconvenienced my day enough. It’ll take less time to return the fish to their proper tanks than it did for me to waste half my morning in this store and walk out empty handed. This store will never receive business from me again. I’ll be driving to the next location. I’ve reported this location to corporate for their poor customer service
