The Manager who rang me up made a mistake and overcharged me. She was rushing this order. When I returned to the store to fix it, she neither apologized nor acknowledged the inconvenience. She said they would refund the difference>. Good Customer service includes courtesy and taking responsibility for mistakes.

The gentleman behind the counter came around and showed me options for a teething puppy. He was very friendly, didn't try to hard push anything, and seemed to actually care by asking questions and engaging with me. Was very nice to experience because you don't find this in many places these days. Will be back And the puppy LOVED his recommendation (and found his forever home)
