Got home n realized teeth weren't touched. oh well waste of $12, didn't complain. Noticed he was scratching us with ‘cut’ nails. Took him to a sister location. LISTEN! Completely different experience. They inspected him. Gave recommendations on styles for his breed n face shape. and what really got me a little ticked off is his nails were never touched they were hiding under his fur and masked. Im upset i paid a $15 tip that wasn't deserved AND mad at myself for simply trusting a pro and not doing my own inspections. mind you, this was my second experience with the groomers and the first time I asked for face feet and fanny and they began to cut him so he literally had long hair in the front long hair in the back and very short hair in the middle. lesson learned

- AMadriana montillaMar 19, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this place. The last time I brought my dog in, his hair was cut far too short, so I filed a complaint. Apparently, instead of addressing the issue, they’ve chosen to penalize me for speaking up. Now I’m unable to book appointments online at Petco at all. When I called for clarification, the manager Jenifer told me that because I complained previously, I’m no longer allowed to bring my dog there. On top of that, I can’t even schedule appointments at any Petco location. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. Customers should not be punished for raising legitimate concerns about the service they receive.
