- MSMike SmoothDec 27, 20251.0I don't know why they call this place a hospital when it's less than a clinic. When I arrived the receptionist was super rude. Despite me telling,(I believe her name is Kay/ Kate) and showing her my confirmation appointment she continued to dispute until people around her started to give her that look and the woman that also had the 4pm appointment said something. "What's the issue if he's showing you his confirmation? " it wasn't until then that she went in the back, came back out and placed me in a room after trying to find every excuse not to see my puppy. They look at the cherry on my puppy eye (the reason for my visit) and told me all about why it's important for me to get pets spayed and neutered. "But what about her eye?" That's why I'm here" She already has a vet who explained all of this to me. I came in today for her eye and the only reason I went to this place is because my normal vet was booked and I thought this was an emergency situation. I appreciate you telling me where I could go to get real help but this place was a waste of my time and they have absolutely no compassion for animals. You feel it from the beginning to the end of the process. After leaving the room we sat for a while thinking it would be some paperwork with some instructions or something but noone said anything. Out of frustration of feeling like I wasted my time, I finally left. I checked my messages the following morning and it was a message from the same rude young lady threatening me. Saying that because I didn't pay she is sending me to collections for $86. Lol... Miss I had plenty of money in my pocket to pay for whatever my puppy needed. I came prepared as I always do. There was no need to threaten me. No professionalism. Professionalism is nonexistent with these people. Oh I saved the message just in case. Really, need to learn how to talk to people. I never raised my voice nor reciprocated the rude energy that was directed at me because the concern was for my pet. They gave my puppy a treat that she didn't eat and told me good day. Yeah...that was definitely worth $86.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
