  I had such an incredible experience with Zoe at the front desk. She is truly exceptional at what she does. From the moment I interacted with her, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Zoe went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. She was incredibly responsive, kept me updated every step of the way, and followed through immediately on everything she said she would do. That level of care and professionalism is rare and so appreciated. What really stood out to me was how much she truly cares. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants every client (and their pets) to feel supported and taken care of. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and seamless. Banfield is lucky to have someone like Zoe on their team. She made a lasting impression on me, and I’m so grateful for her help. Thank you, Zoe, for your kindness, efficiency, and outstanding service!

  I don't know why they call this place a hospital when it's less than a clinic. When I arrived the receptionist was super rude. Despite me telling,(I believe her name is Kay/ Kate) and showing her my confirmation appointment she continued to dispute until people around her started to give her that look and the woman that also had the 4pm appointment said something. "What's the issue if he's showing you his confirmation? " it wasn't until then that she went in the back, came back out and placed me in a room after trying to find every excuse not to see my puppy. They look at the cherry on my puppy eye (the reason for my visit) and told me all about why it's important for me to get pets spayed and neutered. "But what about her eye?" That's why I'm here" She already has a vet who explained all of this to me. I came in today for her eye and the only reason I went to this place is because my normal vet was booked and I thought this was an emergency situation. I appreciate you telling me where I could go to get real help but this place was a waste of my time and they have absolutely no compassion for animals. You feel it from the beginning to the end of the process. After leaving the room we sat for a while thinking it would be some paperwork with some instructions or something but noone said anything. Out of frustration of feeling like I wasted my time, I finally left. I checked my messages the following morning and it was a message from the same rude young lady threatening me. Saying that because I didn't pay she is sending me to collections for $86. Lol... Miss I had plenty of money in my pocket to pay for whatever my puppy needed. I came prepared as I always do. There was no need to threaten me. No professionalism. Professionalism is nonexistent with these people. Oh I saved the message just in case. Really, need to learn how to talk to people. I never raised my voice nor reciprocated the rude energy that was directed at me because the concern was for my pet. They gave my puppy a treat that she didn't eat and told me good day. Yeah...that was definitely worth $86.

  In the past the vets seemed great, however they cannot get prescriptions filled in a reasonable amount of time. And Saturday my dog started having seizures. I called Banfield and they told me the next available appointment time was 2 days away! They also didn't think it was necessary to take my dog to PET+ER. Well my dog had another seizure so I called Banfield again and they found an appointment for 9am the next day.... Well after 3 more seizures I decided to take her to PET+ER in towson where they took great care of me and my dog. I ended up spending over 800$ at pet er, but if I had waited for Banfield to help she probably wouldn't have made it!
