I am a very busy active military Soldier with an even more busy 2 year old Great Pyrenees. Outside of family.. it has been rough finding a place to tend to my very reactive, strong willed, independent thinker… but very sweet baby boy. I needed a place I could trust when I am away. I called and scheduled an orientation. Perfect Pet Resort exceeded my expectations! The facility is clean and does NOT smell like a pet store. Beautiful lobby. The staff is inviting and friendly.. Also knowledgeable. I left my 100 pound baby there for the day and by lunchtime.. I had a text message about how well he was doing. It was evident that the staff had gotten to know my big baby. Their description of what he was doing throughout the day was dead-on accurate. I was even more impressed when I went to pick him up. The lobby still looked and smelled clean. I received a report card :). My Big baby was also showing manners like he had learned a thing or 2. In addition to all of this… his stay was described to me as if indeed … he spent the day in a five star resort and like he was treated like a King! He was still smiling when we got home! Highly recommended for even difficult breeds!!!! Truly happy!

The total package. The facility is safe, clean and feels welcoming. The staff is empathetic and attentive. I love that with dogs AND cats get the opportunity to socialize instead of being locked up in cages 24/7. I don't live in the area and I was visiting out of town. They need a place like this from where I am from.
