If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The front desk’s customer service is complete trash. They’ll cut you off, roll their eyes, and speak to you rudely. I go to Banfield all the time at different locations. This is probably the worst one. I have ever been to. Complete trash customer service.

Dr. Abi and staff were patient and went out their way to make our dog feel at ease. Loved their care and gentleness when examining Milo. Great communication and overall very pleasant attitudes. Thank you for an easy visit to the vet. We found a new home .

The vet felt very dismissive of my dog’s issues and I felt brushed off. It also felt as i was only offered the most expensive options but staff was nice. I just won’t be taking my dog back here.

I went to Banfield in Laurel, MD after having a terrible experience at the Banfield in Whitehall, PA. (Yes, I literally drove 3 hours for a comprehensive annual exam.) I loved my experience at Laurel. They are professional, polite, and patient. The front desk greets you when you walk in. The triage nurse (Brittany) was so kind, funny, informative, and engaging. She went above and beyond for my dog, Barney. I don't mind taking a long car ride to ensure that my dog and I are treated well. At Laurel, I know all of our questions and concerns will be addressed. I will continue to travel here and hope to see Brittany again! I also appreciated the vet- Dr. Carrero Contreras who was also informative and concise!
