I scheduled an appointment for my dog through their website, but after reading several negative reviews, I decided to call and confirm before going. Good thing I did, because they had absolutely no record of my appointment. The person who answered the phone kept me on hold for about 30 minutes, only to come back and say, “Sorry, we don’t have anything for you.”
This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. If their system can’t even handle basic scheduling, I would not trust them with my pet’s care. Very disappointing experience.

STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET. Our appointment was 2:30pm. They moved it to 4pm. When I called at 4:05 to confirm the time, I waited on hold for 15 minutes. Then they said they cannot take him. Obviously frustrated, I said this was unacceptable. And hung up. My wife then called and they said I "cussed them out", which I did not do. How can you move my appointment by 1.5hrs and then cancel after 5min, and putting me on hold for 15 minutes.
This establishment is run by the laziest, lying, unprofessional group of money-suckers anywhere out there. STAY AWAY FROM BANFIELD.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The front desk’s customer service is complete trash. They’ll cut you off, roll their eyes, and speak to you rudely. I go to Banfield all the time at different locations. This is probably the worst one. I have ever been to. Complete trash customer service.

Dr. Abi and staff were patient and went out their way to make our dog feel at ease. Loved their care and gentleness when examining Milo. Great communication and overall very pleasant attitudes. Thank you for an easy visit to the vet. We found a new home .

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
