We walked up to Kady, the Assistant store manager, and she was SUCH a blessing to us! She took her time to listen to our needs and made suggestions. I appreciate that instead of pushing store brands or other brands to get, she helped us shop for our specific puppy, and made alternate suggestions that sounded optimal for a 10-week puppy. She was also sensitive to where our family is in life, being full-time caregivers. When I felt like I was going to have an anxiety attack from feeling overwhelmed from shopping for a dog, she asked if I was ok, and offered a place for me to sit down, asked if I needed water, and stayed professional, understanding, and gentle to my mom and me! She is a perfect example of what a proper store sales employee looks like, and all PetCo employees should follow her example of how to handle customers, their cares, worries, needs, etc. Next time I am at Petco, I look forward to speaking with her again for any further pet care needs for my dog! She also made sure we were getting as much discounts as possible. When we wanted a doggy bed, she had me order it on my phone to use the discount code, and then checked us out right then and there. Very wonderful experience and I left the store feeling ready to raise a dog!
