This time was a little different ill admit I dont know the whole grooming process, but when my dog has appointment at 330 and your telling me she wont be even close to done until 630 . So I ask to just clip her nails because its never taken them that long . The groomer was rude and ignorant when I got there to ask the status as well as when she brought my dog out to me . I will not be taking her back if that same groomer is there a simple let me explain the process or sorry for the inconvenience would have been nice . The ladies at the register were awesome they did take the time to explain the process. But actions speak louder than words with the groomer herself .. so sad!!
