I show up and they tell me since I didnt confirm my appointment by 4pm the previous day, its their policy to cancel the appointment. Yes they called but I was super busy in training that day for work. I didn't get a chance to check my voicemail but immediately after their call at 415 I jumped on and hit confirm appointment on my email and got a confirmation thank you! I drive 30 plus minutes to get there. All the brown haired front desk girl says is that's our policy what day works best for you to reschedule. Seriously? All I keep thinking is what if my dog was sick! If that is your policy you need to let your clients know when they schedule their appointments!! Crap poor business. You can tell everyone in there just works, doesn't care, just works to get paid. Don't matter if they confirm the day before or not they can still not show, for you to cancel our appointment was careless. I believe my confirmation was seen and since it was after 4 they went ahead and cancelled anyways! If you love and care for animals you would have time for issues like this where they client is not in fault! Then to read on my dogs chart that you state he is treating for being aggressive! You guys yourselves are dogs! The first time I was there some big guy that my dog never seen before wants to pick him up and take him away form me so my dog snarled... NORMAL. My dog didnt like getting his nails clipped.... NORMAL! I always knew there was a bad feeling to go here! Less of a drive from a better vet is not worth it!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
