At checkout asked manager if they had Wellness Soft Wellbites and was told in a certain section in red bags. These are never in red bags. She had no idea what I needed. No one took the time to help. Wish I never completed my purchase and wish I never stopped at Petco.

The store manager Trish followed me around continuously bothering and harrasing me. She then told me if I have a problem to call corporate. I annually spend between 3 to 4 thousand dollars at petco and now I will never shop there again. To be rude to two service members and their dogs is unacceptable. I will follow up with this. If there really is a regional manager named Adam, I sincerely hope he will be able to fix this situation.
