  This grooming salon is terrible. They switched groomers without informing and didn’t follow written and verbal instructions and that led to my dog getting hurt, and cut in four different spots. They clearly hurt him and then handled him aggressively during the groom. He’s been groomed 50+ times before without ever an issue. Three days later no refund, no apology, all they did was cover the first vet bill. Terrible place.

  I went there around 8 pm to buy fish hour before they close and its only time am available during day. Barely I found some one to talk to , but he told me to give him a minute because two employees in rest room. I waited 4-5 minutes no one showed up and I decided to leave , when leaving I saw him just making conversation with the cashier . Big store and all employees in rest room or making conversation together . This now issue of big companies, employees dont want to work . We must support small businesses and many out there and they sell much much more fishes and happy to help customers

  Friendly and local. One star off because sometimes their freshwater fish have ICH. Quarantine and use Super ich treatment and it's usually not life threatening.

  Soso. This is a dark place -- in that the lighting is subpar. They didn't have what we were looking for so we left. The parakeets were concerning to me. They were all quietly sitting on the bottom of their habitat, which was weird. Our parakeets never did that. Yes, they went to the floor to forage, but these birds were just quiet...not foraging.
