- KDkhalilya devananOct 23, 20251.0If I could give this place zero stars, I would. One of the young white employees made a very racist and disrespectful comment during my visit. I came in on October 16 to get my dog a trim, and she mentioned that the hair under my dog’s arms was matted. I responded calmly, saying I would start paying more attention to that area. Then she proceeded to say, “By any means I don’t mean to be racist, but it’s like if a Black child didn’t brush their hair, it would get matted.” I immediately told her that her comment was racist and offensive, and that matted hair can happen with any race. As a Black woman raising Black children, I found it deeply disrespectful and unacceptable to compare a dog to a Black child. This experience was hurtful, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

- RRRochelleJul 17, 20254.0Thea groomed both of my dogs, Daisy and Duke. Then another lady actually let me bring Daisy in when her hair was mated to her bottom. She gently washed and cleaned the area and just let me do a little tidy up package that day, which was just what she needed without the big price. Everyone there is very loving towards the animals and professional. The grooming styles have looked very nice as well. I’d highly recommend
