At checkout asked manager if they had Wellness Soft Wellbites and was told in a certain section in red bags. These are never in red bags. She had no idea what I needed. No one took the time to help. Wish I never completed my purchase and wish I never stopped at Petco.
- SPSANDRA PASHLEYSep 8, 20194.0I’ve been taking both my dogs there for months and I’ve had no issues. Starting going there January of 2019. I have a 6 yr old and a 6 months old pup. The grooming department does a great job on both dogs. I also take the pup there for puppy playtime on Sunday and Jen the trainer is great with Patches my pup.

- WCWilliam CopelandAug 31, 20191.0I went in to the Glen Burnie petco to find my fiance and other dogs. I train service dogs and had one with me. The store manager Trish followed me around continuously bothering and harrasing me. She then told me if I have a problem to call corporate. I annually spend between 3 to 4 thousand dollars at petco and now I will never shop there again. To be rude to two service members and their dogs is unacceptable. I will follow up with this. If there really is a regional manager named Adam, I sincerely hope he will be able to fix this situation.
- DPdon PuckettJul 30, 20191.0Stay away from this store. Products way over priced. Bought a leash for my Australian Shepard at Target for $7.00. Petco sells same leash for $38.00! Have taken my dog for grooming but have difficulty in booking appointments because no one answers the phone. So started booking online. Yesterday, booked an appointment online for today. Drove over there in 101 degree heat. Took over 15 minutes for customer service to acknowledge my presence. Then person couldn't find my reservation. I am a long time member of downtown dog resort and Everhart Veterinary Hospital. Both extremely competent. Too bad Petco is such a joke. Is there any wonder why Amazon Prime is so successful
