I showed the groomer a photo of exactly how I wanted my dogs styled — mohawk, pom-poms, the works — and she assured me she could do it. When I picked up my dogs, it was a disaster. One of my poodles was nearly bald in areas that should have been left full and curly. Cuts were choppy, uneven, and sloppy. Even had to take my babies back to “fix” uneven spots. My dogs were visibly unhappy and stressed — something I’ve never seen at any other grooming location. To make matters worse, the groomer tried to blame the dogs’ behavior and claimed one of them was matted. That’s completely false — I brush my dogs daily with proper matting tools. Every excuse they came up with was just that: an excuse. The real issue? They didn’t have the skill or experience to do what I requested, yet had the audacity to make it seem like it was my fault for bringing my dogs there. Looking at reviews now, I realize I should have paid closer attention. Other clients have reported similar poor experiences in the last six months. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident. Adding to the chaos, one of the groomers was arguing and mouthing off in the back while being told to quiet down — completely unprofessional behavior in front of clients. There were also younger, inexperienced staff who clearly didn’t know what they were doing, and the attitude from the team was just beyond unacceptable. If you want basic, average grooming, this location might work. But if you care about breed-specific styles, skilled handling, and professional service — especially for poodles — avoid this location entirely. If I could give no stars, I would.
