This 1 star is for the Veterinarian that took care of my puppy Dr. Suresh Ganesan. As a veternarian I trusted him to create a safe environment for my puppy. When handling my puppy he used a dirty and used ear tip to check for my puppy’s temperature. My dog in his care began to scream, since he forced the thermometer into his ear. This was the first red flag. During the visit I asked the veterinarian for more information on his care, which he half would answer. I know that my dog is scared from his experience, since he is still very young. Please do not go to this location for any puppy care, as the veterinarian at this location do not have the level of care or knowledge on working with younger puppies.
