- STS T4 days ago1.0Terrible grooming. Extra $15 charge and didn’t call to tell me. Her foot pads weren’t done, she was still curly/not fully blown out, head cut too short and boxed instead of round. I understand people are still learning, but you need to take the time to train your folks on how to do a proper groom of a long-haired dog. Unacceptable for the price. But that’s what I get for not going to a private Groomer.
