I arrived 10 min (on the dot) late so 3:40 at the front desk when my appt was at 330. (yes, I know that is my fault no matter the reason.) I was then told I would need to reschedule. I said forget it. No where in the text they sent or the email confirmation of the appointment did I get told if I was 10 min late I would need to reschedule. If this is the case or policy then it would be nice to know so I didn’t take time off work, take the time to drive 15 min there and 15 min back with my dog for nothing. Plus my thought was this is a general check up - I’ve shown up often early to appts and almost never get taken back or seen right at the exact appt time so I don’t get the need to reschedule when I was there … wouldn’t they have already had the time carved out to see my dog in the first place?! Seems like someone just didn’t want to work truth be told.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
