  Love our Petco. Employees really care and are knowledgeable of animals. Nicest people and always fun to chit chat and get weekly pick up feeders etc. Kudos to Shenelle, Alix, Carla, Jordan, Emily and Matt.

  Cindy is an excellent Groomer!! Sadie is always anxious when we go to have her mini make Rover and Cindy knows how just to groom her and take care of her all at the same time we thank you Cindy!

  I walked in to get some dog food for my 10 year old Shih Tzu and one of the guys (white male With dark hair) was walking from the back. He looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there. It made me uncomfortable. My purchase was only $23 including taxes and I felt like my money wasn’t welcome there.

  They should except this review since the manger Alexandra display of horrible customer service. My dog got shaved bald in the winter and SHE decided to make me the bad guy, after being harassed instead of offering any form of compassion or care what had happen, I got attacked verbally then accused for the mistake and continuation of condescending remakes completely defensive instead of being kind. I was told to “give back their leash” as if anyone wants to keep it those weird leashes, like I was trying steal or something to make other people thing I was a thief, loud and embarrassing as she was, I knew she was trying to make me angry, she continued on antagonizing after they mistreated my dog. She said “you can’t come here anymore” like she was in highschool, I said okay, she kept going! Just remark after other completely unnecessary, she SAID THE HAIR WILL GROW BACK, like Duh, that’s besides the point why all the smart back talk when I didn’t do anything but trust them to do a simple schnauzer cut said the wrong store after being harassed and then was told to go to PETSMART , as if she should tell me what to do like a bully! I’ve kept my dogs hair long and not mats we discussed this prior to me leaving! They just didn’t want to own up to the mistake, tried used past haircuts to why she was cut bald why argue ! I’ve never cut her any other way other than a schnauzer cut leave her with most of her hair. A simple refund but no she decided to argue until I did get mad! I wasn’t going EVER use their groomer anyways but to start making up lies, is wrong but now I’ll buy anything from this gross little nasty store! Store looks as bad as Alex rude condescending attitude! “Don’t you know it Christmas” while acting like the grinch being mean, and ugly! Said I can go on all day until she got off at 5pm! Hope she feel good she ruined my day and the staff who cut my dog she’s been freezing for hours! The fake call after they probably already messed up. I confirmed a schnauzer cut and #10 on the back leave hair on body.

  Came in for a brand of dog food that was hard to find. They had it, and even put it into my car for me.
