Why even have appointment times if you don’t follow them? Poor dog had been sitting in a crate of his own piss left until he was up next. Not going to bother trying this place again.
- SESissy EstepNov 9, 20253.0I’ve taken my Shroherd to Petco to get groomed (bath only with shed release) for $74 several times. They never weighed the dog as he was coming to be groomed. I took him this past Saturday and was charged $94 because of long hair. Shepherd don’t have long hair and when I called the store for an explanation, they said because he weighed over 70 lbs, he’s considered to have long hair. Since when does weight have to do with grooming. Never again!!!!!
