That wasn’t a service that I came there for and they were so kind to take care of that for me. I made an appointment to bring my puppy back for grooming.

I’ve always groomed my dog at home, but the last time we went in for a nail trim and anal gland expression, the groomer told me how much she loves cockapoos and said she would be happy to groom her. Since my schedule was very tight, I decided to give it a try and booked a bath and a haircut. I was very clear about what I wanted. I asked her to keep the same haircut and to trim it a bit. I said that I loved the teddy bear look she had and even showed a photo for reference. The groomer showed me the length chart and reassured me she would use a length that would not make her hair short. It all sounded fine, but the result was the complete opposite of what I asked for. Zoe’s hair is extremely short, and she looks nothing like the teddy bear style anymore. What happened to her eyebrows? Her ear length? Her beard? None of my requests were followed. I clearly asked to trim it a bit and maintain her specific look. I showed her a photo of what I wanted to be done! To make things worse, she came home with one of her feet wounded and bleeding. I understand that accidents can happen, but it would have been nice to be informed. Finding out on my own was upsetting. And all of this cost me $110. I even had to pay an additional fee for “long hair”, which, ironically, was supposed to stay long.
