We had an appointment booked for 4pm, we called earlier to see if they had anything earlier, they told us we could come in at 2:30pm. The lady that was checking us in her name was Kay. Kay was very unfriendly from the start. We take our dogs to a vet across the bridge and Kay started questioning me on why i was even bringing my dogs to this location in denton. She was questioning me on their birthdays, she kept asking for their exact date of birth, I had mentioned SEVERAL times that they were adopted from a rescue we have no idea what day they were born. We also told kay from the start that they are not friendly around other new dogs & one had separation anxiety, and they almost refused to take both of my dogs due to one having separation anxiety because he is on medications for it even when this was disclosed prior. We had mentioned several times that my dog had anxiety & we noted that in the online form prior to the appointment. This facility made me feel so uncomfortable. Kay was also the one that cut my golden retrievers hair, his tail & back of his legs are so uneven, it looks like a child cut them with scissors.. I would not recommend this location.
