    Experience was troubling the cashier did my return but didn’t give me the gift card she just gave me the receipt a said that was all I needed. When I came back 2 hours later to use the credit the same cashier said I couldn’t a that my return want accepted. Another associate stepped in to help but it was very weird. When my wife came in to see what was taking so long an told the lady she helped us originally she admitted she threw the gift card in the trash after blaming a Kayla employee for the last 29 minutes. It all got resolved but I will never come back again

    Cookie is so happy as I was able to purchase her favorite salmon jerky stick treats....they are hard to find and I normally have to order online, but Petco always comes through and Cookie is happy.

    UPDATE: In a very odd turn of events, as I was setting up an appointment at a completely different place, elsewhere, so not with Petco, I remembered yesterday I had set up another appointment at a more local PetCo store to myself (so that lets you know I'd gone out of my way to go to this store in the first place) that I now needed to cancel. So imagine my surprise when I log into my account to cancel the appointment and a banner across the top of my grooming appointments says that I now can no longer make appointments online. I have to call in.... I've never seen that before. I've never had a successful appointment here for my dog, and this only seems to have shown up after my unfortunately unnecessary phone call ordeal yesterday. If that's not enough, during the phone call yesterday, I was told that the supervisor does not have access to online appointments, yet repeatedly said that they just had not gotten a chance to block groomers who were no longer available so that the public would know, and now this banner across my account. So either you do have access to be able to notify people when there's no availability or you don't? Needless to say, that was just the tip of the iceberg of the conversation. Thankfully I am taking my pet elsewhere...again, ridiculously disappointing. Original: Unfortunately I cannot say that this was a very good experience at all. The grooming salon is not up to par. They need to do a lot better with their processes and protocols. And the supervisor either needs to own up to the fact that she is incredibly overwhelmed, or is not capable of her job, or could just use additional assistance? Any one of those things would have made for a much better experience. And this was only on the phone after the situation that really could have gone a lot better. Disappointed.
