- GJGregory JonesJan 18, 20261.0Went there today to make a large aquatics purchase around 2 pm. After looking through the inventory, I was able to locate the multiple items I was seeking. Since one part was the purchase of a number of live fish, the assistance of a staff member was needed. Already having been in that section for nearly 15 minutes, we never saw an associate. Looking around the store we failed to see anyone other than customers and apparently a staff member at the register with 6 people in line and one in the grooming area. With those two employees very busy and no service call buttons, I had no choice but to abandon my purchase plans for here. After being a customer for many years, I totally disappointed with how much this store has deteriorated. The aquatics renovations must have also removed the formerly very responsive and attentive staff. If their goal was to streamline their operations at the expense of their customers, they have certainly achieved their goal. The only thing they forgot is that they aren't the only game in town and hopefully those stores understand the meaning of good customer service.
