- ESElizabeth SmithApr 14, 20262.0Small miniature poodle—was told at Bowie it would take 3-3-1/2 hours. It took 6 hours. Far too long for a dog to be caged up. After 4 hours, he had just been bathed—nowhere near done. If you don’t have staff—don’t take reservations—please don’t make pets wait for 6 hours in small cages while you’re working on too many animals at once. Will seek alternatives in future.
