When I brought my dog, Paris in to have nail grinded, the employee who took her to the back dragged her by her leash as he walked her in the back. Paris is only4 pounds, and the this handling was completely inappropriate and unsage for a dog her size. I was very uncomfortable and upset by what I witnessed. It is important to me that Paris - and all animals-are treated with care, patience, and respect while in your facility. I hope this matter can be addressed so the proper handling and training standards are followed by all staff. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be handled moving forward.
