    During my recent visit at Bowie Petco store. When I brought my dog, Paris in to have nail grinded, the employee who took her to the back dragged her by her leash as he walked her in the back. Paris is only4 pounds, and the this handling was completely inappropriate and unsage for a dog her size. I was very uncomfortable and upset by what I witnessed. It is important to me that Paris - and all animals-are treated with care, patience, and respect while in your facility. I hope this matter can be addressed so the proper handling and training standards are followed by all staff. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be handled moving forward.

    O took my dog in for nails trimming and the service was reasonable and fast. I am well pleased with the service and the price charged for the service.

    I was standing in line at the store chckout and this man brought me my dog I gave him $5 for a tip to the groomer. I hope this guy was the groomer. I forgot to ask him if he was the groomer g

    Grooming was satisfactory. Groomer wasn't. Didn't seem to know what customer service was. Rude, hardly spoke, no please or thank you. He really gave off a didn't want to be there attitude. Really made you wonder if your pet would be treated properly. Unacceptable. Polite, friendly groomers are a must. Then customers believe their pets are in good hands. He had none of those qualities.
