I went to the Petco on Annapolis Rd. and was assisted by a woman named Mary. She scanned and found the chip info, and then was incredibly patient calling and waiting for the chip copmany to respond. The chip company connected us with the owner and "Princess" has been returned to her grateful owners. Mary went abovea and beyond, and shou;ld be commended. She has won Petco a loyal customer.

These two stars belong to the nice lady who offered help while I familiarized myself with the store. I was leaning towards a good experience until the cashier acted like he didn't need to understand his role in customer service. Unengaged, throwing attitude, and behaved like I should have been begging to be served. I didn't even get offered a bag. Fine, there are other choices, and I won't be making this one again.
