I was hesitant to switch vets and considered making the drive to Mayah’s previous vet but I am glad this appointment went well. Highly recommend for anyone searching for a vet. We also have the BANFIELD wellness plan so that saves us some money and adds convenience.

My puppy had a confirmed 2:30 PM appointment via email, but when we arrived, we were told, “Unfortunately, we can’t see your puppy because we’ve double booked the time slot.”…….If that’s the case, why offer the time slot in the first place?? what kind of sense does that make! Mind you, this isn’t just an issue with this location, it seems to happen at all Banfield locations! If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, you’re better off going to an actual animal hospital rather than banfield. Banfield will happily waste your time and then act like it’s no big deal when in reality your pet needs to be seen by a professional! True hospitals treat emergencies immediately, while Banfield operates strictly on an “appointment basis.” I found the experience extremely misleading, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I want to support this business but they make it extremely challenging.

I was left on hold for 20 minutes, then sent straight to voicemail and when I tried calling back, they completely ignored my calls. Out of desperation, I reached out to another Banfield who actually had to call the Woodmore location themselves just to get an answer. That’s when I found out Woodmore had double-booked and couldn’t even see my cat. This wasn’t even a full appointment it was just a question about pre-meds, and they still handled it with zero care or professionalism. It’s unacceptable that another location had to intervene just to get basic communication. I will not be trusting this Banfield with my pets again.
