Why have the time and day available online if it isn't available? Don't waste your time going to this location.
- KCkamilah carlisleJan 2, 20262.0I came in for my cat's ear infection at the Woodmore location and mentioned how I wanted to test for ear mites since it was a recurring thing. I was ignored and received the standard antibiotics. The infection is back and I have no answers and will have to hope the next vet I go to actually listens. I also want to mention I had some coupon for a "free checkup". I assume some fee was waived, but it was far from free. Also, the waiting area is just one accident waiting to happen. My cat was constantly being barked at by all dogs that entered. Just a note for cat owners. Of course I kept him high and out of reach, but what happens on a crowded day I wonder? On the bright side, the tech who handled my cat before the doctor came in, was nice and accommodating for my cat.
