- NNNoriMar 23, 20254.0I had an appointment today with VETCO and it was 80% pleasant. Dustin and the veterinarian were awesome! There's also a black guy with locs that consistently gives exceptional customer service. He was here during my last visit as well. There was another guy today whose customer service was very poor. Wish I had his name. Hes brown skin with a low cut and kind of platinum colored hair. He wasn't very friendly, handed me the blue leash to put on my dog myself and just overall didn't have a great attitude. He should probably do the paperwork part of this process since he clearly doesnt want to be here and should probably limit his interactions with customers.
