- SZSahara M ZajcevskiNov 10, 20251.0I took my senior dog up there today for a nail grind long story I I joked to the young girl after not finding my account that she thought I was liaring about my animal being seen 1 month ago which he was but she could not find our account but then did and she immediately told me to leave after I told repeat I meant no offense then the manager was approached and then I was told she would speak to her keep in mind I have senior dog w hip pain that is waiting as she had me wait 10 minutes then to tell me the groomer is refusing to groom my dog ! I ask for both there names and was told there not required to give me that ! I have never in my life experienced thus type of distress in my life I will never return to any of your store horrible experience! Just horrible !
