- VHVeronica HartMar 14, 20261.0⭐☆☆☆☆ I will not be bringing my dog back to the grooming department at the Petco in Canton (Baltimore). While I was in the store, I witnessed a groomer aggressively yanking a dog not once, but twice. The grooming area has see-through windows, so customers can clearly see what is happening, and the dog was visibly uncomfortable and resisting being there. Instead of calming the dog or taking a gentler approach, the groomer appeared frustrated and handled the dog in a way that felt rough and inappropriate. Watching that made me extremely uncomfortable. No animal deserves to have someone take their frustration or anger out on them. Seeing this firsthand completely changed how safe I feel about this location’s grooming services. I do not feel comfortable trusting my dog with someone who handles animals that way. Her name is Yvonne at least that is how you pronounce it! This will also be shared to all social platforms! DO BETTER! That is ABUSE!!!!
