- TCTaylor Ciganek5 days ago1.0Attempted to claim an online deal but 75% of the items didn’t show online. Tried to shop in store to get the deals for the items we wanted and were told we cannot claim the deal. The store accepted the online order us for an order for $180 and then canceled it. The charge is still on my credit card. When asked for a receipt we were spoken to by someone who did not have a petco uniform claiming to be the manager who was off duty. He had an attitude while claiming he can’t do anything l “they aren’t the online store” and “the employees will get flagged for helping us” they lost a $400 sale today. Would not recommend going there.

Two young ladies working on a Saturday afternoon. Lastly, I understand Pets are allowed in the store but it’s not ok to pick up a package and have thick yellow half dry urine transfer onto your hand, arm and clothes.

Today Mikai had a customer that was more than rude and he handled it like a champ. I don’t know if I could have remained calm and professional like he did if I was in his position.

The most important thing is they don’t allow me to waste my money on products that aren’t beneficial to my pets. I greatly appreciate it.
