  The self service wash station was filthy, run down and moldy. None of the soap dispensers worked so their alternative is to give you a squirt bottle with 99% water & a few suds. I helped myself right down to the soap aisle & took a bottle of Burt’s Bee’s that cost $18. Only right I get my $20 worth. I’ll be going to Pet Supplies Plus where the equipment is maintained & it’s $6 cheaper!

  If I could give zero Stars I would Im disabled and dropped our dog off at 12:40 for a groom at 5:00 the 14 pound dog still wasn’t ready but that’s not the problem I very badly needed to use the restroom Erin the acting store manager said no its for employees only and I should go use Nordstroms bathroom ( they must care about their customers) I told her it far for me to walk and I really had to go to the bathroom Guess what She flat out refused Just an FYI they don’t have 1 chair for someone to sit down Im beyond disgusted and for once I am going to contact corporate and maybe the ADA Just gross 🤢 Update the women gave me the Store managers name (who is off today) and most obviously intended me to think it was her name The person I dealt with was acting manager on duty Jessie Not nice the way she treated me even worse to lie about her name

  I decided to walk the two miles from my house in upper fells to this store today because I had one free hour for the gym or trying to get my dogs nails trimmed. I thought I could combine my single free hour to accomplish both. My dog wears a soft muzzle to prevent her from eating things on the Baltimore streets. After waiting 5 or so minutes to speak with a groomer I asked the woman who I’m pretty sure is the manager if they only had one groomer, I was told yes, and decided we could come back. As I was grabbing a water and preparing to leave the manager felt the need to tell me my dog wouldn’t be able to be groomed because she was wearing a muzzle. Without any background story… Petco is the last place I would expect to be shamed for responsible pet ownership and respectfully we weren’t able to get a mini rover service because you didn’t have any groomers.

  My wife purchased a puppy, so we needed food, training pads ect. Our first visit was around 8pm and the staff was very helpful and polite. On my second visit around 12:30 pm [lunch time] the vibe was off. The staff wasn't very helpful or friendly. Imo visit the store at night for a better experience.
