  The obvious upside is that this is a clean professional hospital with an excellent staff and open 24/7. The slight downside is that they are very expensive, and their automated waiting list does not work very well. But the HUGE hidden upside is that they have at least one bet, Dr. Sandra Bloom, who is unique in my experience in the sensitivity she shows in treating these visits as a HUMAN issue, involving a psychological relationship between pets and their owners. At our visit, she did everything one expects of a trained veterinarian, including admitting that she didn’t (yet) know all the answers. But when it became clear that we might be facing end-of-life issues, her manner shifted markedly to that of a counselor, giving advice that I can only call spiritual, whether applied to the human beings or indeed the dog herself. I must emphasize that she did not force her counsel on us in any way; she was simply there when it was needed.

  We went in Sunday with our Frenchie Gus because he hasn't been acting like himself since having his annual shots from his primary Vet. Dr. Bloom was amazing!!! She sat on the floor to check over our boy & noticed things right away with him. She knew we had a consultation with a specialist on Wednesday & referred us to them instead of having us spend more with them & racking up another bill for us. My husband has talked about how incredible & very knowledgeable of what she does. We wanted to say thank you very much for acknowledging what was wrong with our precious Lil fella.   excellent ! best ER for pets and very professional, i will switch also my pets to this location for all services and the prices are affordable thank you! my Banjo feels much better!

  This is the nicest vet facility I’ve ever been to. They have excellent doctors and animal care. Yes, it is a tad expensive, but I really don’t mind it for the care my dogs receive. Especially for very important issues, like injuries or if you aren’t 100% sure what’s wrong with your animal, I would absolutely go here. Maybe use a less expensive vet for basic shots/vaccines, but I would not skimp for other issues. We’ve had three dogs over the years that have needed special care and/or a specific diagnosis, and this vet has been amazing. Very thorough and thoughtful.
