We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wesley. He was kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable, staying several hours past his shift to care for our elderly pup. The admin and vet tech staff were also warm, friendly, and professional. I really appreciate the care they showed for our little baby—you can tell everyone there truly loves what they do and has such big hearts. Thank you to the entire team at Cats and Dogs—you all are amazing!

Dr. Woodson and the staff were very compassionate and caring of my boy in his final hours. I miss him so much already but they were caring and gave me my time with my boy. Thank you for the little time Jax had with you all. You guys made my boys last moments peaceful.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. When we first brought our dog in for an emergency visit, they almost forgot to give us his discharge papers — we only got them because we spoke up before leaving. Dr. Hayward told us three different possibilities for what it could be but never gave him an actual diagnosis. She gave him eye drops because he had discharge in his eyes. After about a week or two of using the drops, we called back because even though his eyes looked a little better, there was still discharge, the area around his face felt hard, under his eyes looked horrible, and his face smelled like an infection. We called at 2 p.m. and didn’t get a call back until almost 9 p.m., and that was only after calling several times. When we came for a follow-up, another doctor said his condition had gotten worse but kept cutting my mom and me off while we were talking. She also kept trying to speak for Dr. Hayward and stating it’s not the hospital fault your dog going through this instead of focusing on helping our dog. When my mom calmly asked if all this should have been mentioned during our first visit, the doctor got defensive, rude, and even tried to close the door on us. Our dog wasn’t treated at all, even after the doctor said he had pus coming from his mouth and ear. We left feeling disrespected, ignored, and heartbroken. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone who truly cares about their pets to bring them here.

I’ve been to Falls Road Animal Hospital twice now for my dog Charlie. Both times the service has been exceptional. The staff (front desk, vet tech, & doctors) have been polite, extremely educated, and have made myself and my dog comfortable and at ease. My dog Charlie passed away after 16 wonderful years & we have been to many vets all over Maryland for the past few years and I am being completely honest when I say this animal hospital has by far been the absolute best. From customer service to overall care and attention to the animals…they have been incredible & I cannot thank the staff enough. Last night was the hardest decision I have ever had to make and they were over the top incredible in terms of educating me on the options and caring for my dog. You can tell they truly love animals and giving them the care they deserve. Thank you again to all the staff. I encourage everyone to consider this hospital for all of your animals care needs — you will not be disappointed. With respect, Jacob & Kylee
