Ms.Jewel is whom you like to speak with. Professional, kind, and generous of people feelings about clients pet. Nobody cares about the animals, only a paycheck. My estimated total went from $380 to being told $2,500 and now it’s back to $332. Nobody communicated well with anyone but Ms.Jewel asked questions and even apologized for wannabe baby Dee behavior because she wanted to get buck due to her ignorance and obesity. I pray nobody brings their animal to this establish unless you have $2,500 to spend on medicine that they know won’t work.
Horrific. There was NO ONE in the waiting room, but 5-6 staff behind the front desk. I come in with my extremely sick dog at noon and ask to be seen, but the woman behind the desk (who never looked up from her phone by the way) said the only doctor was on a break and that I couldn't be seen until 9pm. But there wasn't anyone in there? She said they have scheduled visits. But the sign literally says 24-hour emergency care. It's one thing to be full and busy, it's another to have 6 people waiting around, the only doctor out, NO OTHER PATIENTS, and then deny service for an emergency when you literally say you offer emergency care. Oh, and then to be rude about it. Who works at an animal hospital and has zero compassion? Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

We were so scared for our elderly dog who was disoriented and having a hard time moving, and the staff was so friendly, reassuring, and answered all of our questions. The facility is nice, clean, and has ample parking. At every step of the way, from calling to get the appointment, check-in, treatment, and follow up care staff answered our questions, were patient, told us what to expect both from the treatment and about what the cost would be each step of the way. Our dog is doing much better.
We had a great visit with Falls Road - we're new dog parents and our puppy recently got spayed + had a gastropexy. She wasn't quite acting herself and seemed uncomfortable, so Falls Road encouraged us to come in for a quick check. They didn't pressure us into significant diagnostics (radiographs etc) but provided a lot of reassurance, didn't make us feel stupid for worrying about our baby, and sent us home with the tools we needed to take care of her. As well as solid signs for what we need to keep a closer eye on in case of future issues with her recovery. We were very grateful for the reassurance and quick turnaround care from Falls Road.

I am very upset with my experience at Falls Road Animal Hospital.
My puppy was seen at VEG Animal Hospital the night before for a broken bone. VEG treated him, but they do not have surgery available at that location. Since my puppy had previously been seen at Falls Road Animal Hospital when I first got him, and Falls Road does have a surgery department, I made an appointment for today at 10:30 AM to discuss next steps.
This morning, I called to confirm the appointment, x-rays, and pricing. The staff member found my puppy in the system, confirmed the appointment, and went over everything with me in detail — including possible types of breaks, surgery pricing, and what to expect. I was told that since I already had an appointment, the fee to be seen would be $101. I agreed and said I would be there at 10:30.
While I was getting dressed and getting ready to leave with my injured puppy, I received another call. This time, I was told that because my puppy had a broken bone, they would have to charge me an emergency fee instead. I explained that I had just spoken to someone who already knew exactly what was going on, had gone over pricing with me, and confirmed the appointment fee. I was then told that I had been given the wrong information.
What made this even worse was the attitude and tone. I was already in a traumatic, emotional situation trying to get urgent help for my puppy, and the staff member was rude, snappy, and lacked compassion. Instead of showing understanding, the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional.
At that point, I canceled the appointment because I no longer felt comfortable bringing my puppy there.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the poor communication and lack of empathy were unacceptable — especially when someone is calling about an injured pet who may need surgery quickly.
