I took my dog there twice—first for a half day for her temperament test, and then for a full day a couple of days later. Unfortunately, this ended with a $500 vet bill because my dog got sick. I called to ask if there had been any sick dogs at the facility or if they had fed her anything unusual. The person I spoke to told me my dog was fine all day and that they didn’t notice anything—but they never asked for my name or my dog’s name, so they had no idea who they were talking about. Yet somehow, they still assured me she was fine. Also, we were promised access to live cameras through the website, but that was never provided. They said we would receive photos and updates throughout the day. Both times, we only received a couple photos about an hour after drop-off, and in both, my dog looked scared and uncomfortable. We didn’t receive any kind of report after her full-day visit either. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We won’t be taking our dog back.
